Water rate changes to take effect on July 1, 2010 they are as follows:
There will be a minimum charge of $40.00 per quarter for all users up to 8,000 gallons. All readings above 8,000 gallons will be billed $40.00 + $5.00 per thousand for usage greater than 8,000 gallons.
