The Code Enforcement Officer is responsible for seeing that all state building codes are followed. The Code Enforcement Officer also, receives building permit applications and issues required permits. Permit applications are available at the Town Court Facility or at the Municipal Building in the Village of Cohocton.

The Zoning/Abatement Officer is responsible for seeing that all Town of Cohocton Local Zoning Laws

are followed.  The Officer receives zoning permit applications and issues required permits.
